About
Ben Brink
I'm a product manager and strategic consultant who builds AI products. For the past two years I've been the sole product hire at CHE, an early-stage AI startup, where I work directly with the founder and COO — owning a flagship product used by Sky, the Jamie Oliver Group, and Omnicom, shipping new products from scratch, and running the competitive strategy that shapes how we sell.
I came to product sideways, through philosophy and statistics at Queen's University. The combination turned out to be more useful than it sounds: philosophy gave me a habit of pulling claims apart to see what's actually being argued, and statistics gave me a healthy suspicion of any claim that hasn't earned it. In practice that makes me the person on the team pushing to define what "good" means before we build toward it — and then building the thing that measures whether we got there.
I'm as comfortable in the strategy memo as I am on the technical side of things: LLM pipelines, evaluation frameworks, multi-agent systems, and a health-literacy startup on the side.
